The design process followed the preliminary massing which was dictated by client’s brief and building location, focusing on creating a climate responsive iconic design. 
The metal structural system allows open and adaptable floor plates, flexibility and innovation in façade treatment and an overall reduction in maintenance of the building. The building form results through an inward compression, generated via twirling the geometry which responds to solar paths and allows for a seamless transition of the horizontal and vertical surfaces.

​The passively responsive design strategies act as a direct architectural approach to optimize natural light levels of the interior, achieving visual and thermal comfort for the occupants while also reducing the energy consumption of the building. The design aims at implementing solutions that renders the building environmentally and economically sustainable.
